You may purchase the handmade earthenware bread baker on its own for your personal recipes or as a bundle. The bundle includes a handmade earthenware bread baker, enough locally grown and milled flour for a 2 lb loaf, sourdough starter and access to the Jason Michael Thomas online instructional video teaching you how to make his signature sourdough.

Indianapolis local pickups will include his own sourdough starter. Shipped orders will include instructions for starting your own.

$10 of every pre-ordered bread baker will be used to purchase a fresh food box to pay forward to an Indianapolis artist.

Each bread baker will be made to order. Orders will be filled in the same order they are received. It takes 2-4 weeks to make a bread baker from beginning to end. We genuinely appreciate your patience during the making process. Like a good bread, good pottery takes time.

Let's get back to talking about the bowl! This is one of Jason's favorite bowls for serving appetizers, a small salad, dessert, a side dish or to use for food prep in the kitchen.

It measures approximately 6" diameter and 1.75-2" high. Every bowl is completely  handmade and unique in its own way.

The vintage plague doctor image is a limited edition commemorative idea to provide a little humor in such a crazy time.

Each mug is handmade in the Gravesco Pottery studio in Indianapolis. Up to eight artisans are involved in the making of each ceramic mug. They put their passion and dedication for slow living into every step of the process.

Holds approximately 16 ounces of coffee, tea, water, juice, soup, yard salad, wine, frosty cold beer, kombucha, miso or whatever else you might want to put in it.

The signature handle fits comfortably in your hand. Your fingers will nestle into each divot creating a comfortable rhythm of the potters' fingers and yours.

Locally foraged sumac is combined with a high quality salt and may be purchased in 4 ounce increments. Jason Michael Thomas likes to sprinkle this fresh blend on most of the foods he cooks.

Sumac (no, not poison sumac) belongs to the cashew family and is a wonderful local alternative for recipes that call for lemon/ lime zest.

Lightly sour and citrusy, this finishing salt adds brightens to any dish. 

(Tip: Sprinkle a tiny amount over your morning latte to contrast the sweetest. You won't regret it!)

The classic white planter is perfect for indoors or outdoors. Larger in size, it measures approximately 5-6” high and 5” or more diameter. We love to use this planter for irises, and through Mother’s Day each one will come planted with a free iris bulb.

Each planter is handmade by GRAVESCO POTTERY on the potter’s wheel. While she does make multiples of the same planter they are never identical. She’s throwing families of pots, not clones, which fits in beautifully with our desire for celebrating the individual. There is not a drainage hole in the bottom as that is unnecessary for most plants and keeps your mess to a minimum while also providing a fresh modern look.
